Anaphores lexicales en contexte d’hétérogénéité énonciative et effets pragmatiques associés

Abstract : This article describes a specific type of cohesion in a press corpus, that is anaphora taking place through reported speech. Several patterns are studied depending on reported speech categories concerned. Cohesive effects are attributed to the enunciator of citing speech or to the enunciator of cited speech (either interpretatively or explicitely). Then, the role of this anaphoric mecanism is studied in full texts and analysed in the perspective of journalists’ scriptural routines. Journalists use citations to ensure interphrastic and textual cohesion. This phenomenon plays a part in text’s coherence and is fundamental in the construction of plurilogal objet de discours.
