La parole pilée : accès au symbolisme chez les Gbaya 'bodoe de Centrafrique

Abstract : The proverb which is named " pounded word " corresponds in Gbaya culture (Central African Republic) to the profondp level of words. We ar dealing with a phenomenom that involves not memorization but comprehension which constitutes the principal access to symbolism. This article demonstrates the process by which one acquires these " pounded words " from chilhood till adulthood.
